1. Conditions of participation:

If you want to participate in the event, you should be in a fit and healthy constitution. If your physical ability is restricted in any way or if you suffer under any physical impairment, you should consult a doctor to check if you are able to cope with the physical strain. You should also bring adequate dancing shoes. Of course you can dance on the parquet floor barefoot.

2. Reimbursement:

If the event cannot take place due to major force, you have two options:

A) Your ticket is automatically valid for our next edition in 2024.

B) The amount will be refunded to the participants within 30 days from the last day of the event. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.

3. Exchange policy:

We do not provide refunds if you are unable to attend the event but it can be transferred/sold to another person. However, if you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can purchase a transfer option for 20 Euros. We only need you to send an email to info[at]forro-aachen.de requesting the change of the ticket to another person. This transfer option will be available until October 15th. After that, it will no longer be possible. Forró Aachen Festival is not responsible for possible exchanges between participants.

4. Responsibility:

We don't take any responsibility for health or belongings; except as far as demanded by german laws. No liabilities for clothes or other belongings taken to the festival. Please, note that the programme and prices is subject to change.

5. Privacy policy:

Throughout the whole weekend, we will have a photographer who will take pictures and make videos that will be released on our social media.

By registering to the Forró Aachen Festival 2023 the conditions are accepted.
