Get ready for a weekend filled with a lot of learning with @hugosilvabh teaching us about Forró Roots! One of the top dancers in the style in Brazil will be with us for an intensive session! Don't miss the opportunity to learn or refine your dance skills!

Hugo Silva is a teacher, choreographer, dancer, and DJ. Originally from BH/MG (Brazil), he has been involved in Social Dance since 2004. Since 2016, he has been directing #SimboraDançar School in Belo Horizonte, where he teaches group and private classes. Leveraging his knowledge and experience in dance, he has developed his own teaching methodology for instructing Itaúnas Style Forró (Roots).

1. Each ticket is nominative. Payment can only be made by the participant themselves. Payment/registrations for third parties will not be allowed.

2. Register without a partner is possible, but register with partner is recommended.

3. Advanced-level courses are not suitable for beginners. Please be honest with yourself by registering and do not overestimate yourself! Because this can disturb your dance development and the other participants in the course as well.

3. After the confirmation of the registration payment by the event administration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the case that you don't get this e-mail in 3 weekdays, get in contact with the event administration through the e-mail info[at]forro-aachen.de or through our contact form. Many thanks!

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen: 

Du solltest bei guter gesunder körperlicher Verfassung sein. Bei etwaigen gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen fragst Du bitte vorher Deinen Arzt, ob Du der sportlichen Belastung gewachsen bist. Aus hygienischem Grund dürfen die Tanzsälen (Saal 2 und Saal 3) nur mit Socken, Barfuß, Sportsocken oder saubere Schläppchen betreten werden. Es ist strengstens verboten Straßenschuhe oder Tanzschuhe mit schwarzen Sohlen in den Tanzbereichen zu tragen. Vielen Dank für dein Verständnis.

Stornierung:

Stornierung nur bei Stellung eines Ersatzteilnehmers zum Preis des jeweiligen Tickets der zur Zeit der Stornierung gültig ist. Die Anmeldung/en kann/können bis 2 Tage vor der Veranstaltung auf eine andere Person übertragen werden. Bitte informieren Sie uns diesbezüglich per E-Mail an: info[at]forro-aachen.de

Rückerstattung:

Im Falle einer Nichtdurchführbarkeit der Veranstaltung aufgrund veränderter rechtlicher Bestimmungen, in Fällen höherer Gewalt (technische Störungen, Nebel, Eisgang, Hoch oder Niedrigwasser, Havarien, Sperrung von Schifffahrtswegen, behördliche Fahr- bzw. Veranstaltungsverbote aufgrund Pandemien etc.) kann der Betrag den Teilnehmern 100% zurückerstattet oder als Gutschein in Höhe des jeweiligen Ticketpreises verwandelt werden. Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises bei Nichterscheinen ausgeschlossen.

Haftung:

Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Gesundheit und Eigentum; außer bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Keine Haftung für Garderobe und sonstige mitgeführten Gegenstände. Änderungen im Programm sind vorbehalten. Mit der Anmeldung zum Forró Roots Workshops werden diese Bedingungen anerkannt.

Participation Requirements:

You should be in good physical health to participate. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand to ensure that you can handle the physical exertion. For hygienic reasons, dance halls (Hall 2 and Hall 3) may only be entered with socks, barefoot, sports socks, or clean dance shoes. It is strictly forbidden to wear street shoes or dance shoes with black soles in the dance areas. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Cancellation:

Cancellation is only allowed if a replacement participant is provided at the price of the current ticket at the time of cancellation. Registrations can be transferred to another person up to 2 days before the event. Please inform us via email at: info[at]forro-aachen.de regarding this matter.

Refund:

In the event that the event cannot take place due to changed legal regulations, cases of force majeure (technical malfunctions, fog, ice, high or low water, accidents, closure of waterways, official travel or event bans due to pandemics, etc.), the amount can be refunded to participants 100% or converted into a voucher equal to the respective ticket price. For organizational reasons, a refund of the purchase price is excluded in case of non-appearance.

Liability:

We assume no liability for health and property, except in cases of intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for wardrobe and other personal belongings. Changes to the program are reserved. By registering for the Forró Roots Workshops, these conditions are  accepted.
